At BiBimSnack, we want you to be delighted with your Korean snack box. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns
Because our snack boxes contain perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped.

Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bibimsnack.com.

We may request photos to help us review and resolve the issue quickly.

Replacements
In most cases, we will send a replacement snack box or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
